Just like a rotting leaf reveals an illness within a plant’s root system, our symptoms reveal unconscious, deep-rooted issues that stem from past trauma or old belief systems that once served us, but now cause harm. Rather than cutting off the leaf in an attempt to remove the symptom, we strive toward whole, long-term healing by examining and treating the root cause of the issue.
